Harri's Walk With Wings

Harri’s Walk With Wings will be held on the 29th June 2019, this grueling 80km walk in honour of little baby Harrison Norris is a test of pure endurance and resilience. Every 10km walked represents one of the 8 precious weeks that Harrison spent with his family.

The walk is not for the faint of heart and there are options to walk 20, 40 or the full 80km distance, but after pushing through pain and tiredness there is both relief and appreciation from every walker who will walk the distance.

Starting at Paralowie and ending at Port Wakefield this event is not to be taken lightly, but Walk With Wings is thankful that many of you come out to support the event either by walking or through other means. With your help we were able to raise the awareness and the much-needed funding that we need to keep doing what we do.

We also want to thank our volunteers who help with a diverse range of tasks needed for the walk to be a success. From helping at pit stops along the way, to mascots, drivers to make sure our walkers have the proper back-up even support for those drivers, stall holders, first aid, and many more, all are welcome. Walk With Wings also wants to thank our sponsors who continue to aid us in our cause. Thank you for being a part of this amazing event and supporting our efforts to raise awareness, to help save the lives of premature babies, and to ease the burden their families go through.

We have an amazing dedicated team walk over 18 hours from Paralowie to Port Wakefield to raise vital funds and awareness for Premature Babies and their Families in South Australia. The love and courage our walkers showed while walking in honour of their loved ones. Two of our seasoned walkers make the full 80 kms in honour of Violet and Harrison, a massive effort from Dan Buck and James Norris.
